**Report of the Forum on Mainstreaming the Gender Perspective in International Development Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean**

In the framework of the Second Regional Conference on South-South Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean, held in June 2025 at ECLAC headquarters in Santiago, Chile, the Forum on Mainstreaming the Gender Perspective in International Development Cooperation was convened. The Forum brought together specialists from Ministries of Foreign Affairs, international development cooperation agencies and institutions, the United Nations system and other international organizations, as well as regional development banks, to exchange experiences and proposals aimed at increasing cooperation and financing for the achievement of gender equality, as well as the mainstreaming of the gender perspective in cooperation policies and programmes.
