ECLAC is pleased to invite you to participate in our next meeting of the “Community of Practice on Voluntary National Reviews (VNRs) for Latin American and Caribbean countries” on Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 2.00 pm Trinidad and Tobago time.
The Community of Practice is an informal space for exchange among peers and sharing of good practices and lessons learned with regards to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in general and the VNR process in particular. It includes government officials, professionals, researchers and technical experts as well as representatives of ECLAC and the rest of the UN system. Occasionally, it invites representatives of youth, civil society, the private sector, academia, local authorities, parliamentarians and other stakeholders.
The main goal of this meeting is to showcase the important link between development planning and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the elaboration of VNRs. ECLAC's Development Planning Network will be presented along with good practices and experiences from countries in the region in aligning their planning processes with the VNR process.
