Considering the exit scenario of the sanitary crisis, or at least the transition to a greater opening stage and productive and economic continuity, this panel focuses on discussing the way in which the reactivation measures relate to social and labor inclusion, and how to articulate return progressive multisectoral tools. For this, it is relevant to know how social development ministries are working at the intersectoral and local levels. Among the many challenges in this transition, it is worth considering the future of the programs and emergency actions, of their participants and its eventual transformation. Opportunities also surge for the consolidation of social protection systems with improved articulation, increased coverage, and financing. Needs and cooperation opportunities at this process are added to the topics to discuss at this panel.
