The Regional Council for Planning (RCP) is the intergovernmental subsidiary body that guides the activities of the Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES).
Its meetings are attended by the Ministers or Heads of Planning of the member States of the Institute. Their agreements are recorded in resolutions ratified at the sessions of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
On this occasion, the 19th Meeting of the PRC will be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from November 7 to 9, 2023. It will feature various panels and events and the XVIII Conference of Ministers and Heads of Planning of Latin America and the Caribbean.
In addition, the first two days will also be transmitted online.
